Slaughterhouse

The facilities and equipment of the slaughterhouse are designed, planned, and executed to meet the highest veterinary-sanitary requirements and enable the implementation of domestic and international standards in the process of food production, storage, and distribution.

The design of production processes ensures compliance with the strictest requirements regarding animal welfare.

During the planning and construction, all standards related to environmental protection were applied, ensuring that the slaughterhouse meets all criteria in this area during operation.

In recent years, environmental protection systems have been improved, and significant investments have been made in energy efficiency and reducing CO2 emissions, including gasification and the installation of solar PV collectors.

The production capacity of the slaughterhouse, from the reception of livestock, slaughter, processing, storage, and distribution, allows for the reception of all pigs from its own farm (20,000–25,000 annually) and an additional 20,000–25,000 pigs purchased from selected suppliers.

The slaughterhouse has a dedicated line for cattle slaughtering and cutting, complementing the offerings and enabling the fulfillment of market demands for this type of meat.

Process

The cutting and deboning lines allow for meeting all customer requirements regarding meat processing.
Goods are distributed from the slaughterhouse to end customers, and for this purpose, an efficient fleet has been established and is regularly renewed. The vehicles are equipped with refrigeration units and systems for temperature control and recording, enabling delivery and tracking of shipments in an uninterrupted chain of controlled conditions.
All processes, from the reception of live livestock to the dispatch of goods, are recorded in real time and processed in a specialized computer program, ensuring the traceability of each unit of goods.
Employees at the slaughterhouse, both in managerial and operational positions, possess the qualifications and experience to effectively meet all production process requirements. Special attention is given to the ongoing education of employees, achieved through internal and external training. Due to the nature of the business, emphasis is placed on training in the application of all hygiene and other standards related to food safety. The implemented Food Safety Culture is the best tool for achieving the set goal: customer satisfaction.
