Complete production process from piggery to fattening with a capacity of 25,000 fattening animals per year.
The development strategy of Bioesen doo, based on previous business experience in livestock farming, resulted in the acquisition of a pig farm in Mokrin at the beginning of 2007. The farm is located on the regional road Kikinda-Mokrin and is situated on an agricultural estate covering 40 hectares. The Bioesen pig farm in Mokrin is a closed-type commercial farm. During the renovation of facilities and the procurement of the most modern equipment, a strict selection and genetic improvement of the farm's core herd were also undertaken.
A cooperation agreement was signed with the genetic company Topigs from the Netherlands, which contributed to the farm achieving production results on par with those in developed countries, with continuous improvement of slaughter traits and carcass quality on the slaughter line.
The farm has a modern artificial insemination center for pigs.
Animal health protection on the farm, as well as the implementation of tasks according to the program measures, is carried out by its own veterinary service, 'Mokrinvet,' consisting of three veterinary doctors and veterinary technicians. Tasks such as animal registration and all measures to achieve the set breeding goals are performed by its own Primary Breeding Organization.
Within the farm complex, there is a feed mixing facility with warehouses for storing raw materials and an automated feed mixer.
The mixer is equipped with a feed pelleting system, which further enhances the quality of the animal feed. In the production of animal feed, soybean grain products are processed in the soybean processing plant located on the farm, which includes an extruder for producing soybean grits and a press for producing soybean cake while extracting crude soybean oil.
The raw material storage includes silos with a capacity of 3000 tons and a floor warehouse with a capacity of 1500 tons. The silos are functionally connected to the feed mixing complex.
This approach has created an integrated technological unit from crop production (i.e., the production of raw materials for animal feed) and the production of animal feed to the complete production of the farm's final product, i.e., fattened pigs.
The entire production process on the farm is managed by qualified workers who are fully dedicated to achieving the set goals, ensuring that pig production develops in the desired direction and reaches the level of production and business excellence to which we aspire.
